Artabyss Store Policies

All custom orders are handmade and take a minimum of 3-4 weeks to produce (Holidays & busy seasons may add more time).  Due to our workload, please only message us regarding color/order changes.  I further acknowledge Artabyss products are custom made to order, therefore all sales are final. Artabyss Design Studio does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind on any items for sale. If your item has been delivered damaged, please report to Artabyss within 24 hours to discuss replacement only. All goods purchased are sold “as is”, carry with them no express warranties and all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. Please check your emails regularly once your order has been sent to us- If we need to get ahold of you, it will be done through email. If we have questions, we will wait until we hear back from you to finish your piece, causing delays.

Please inspect your items carefully and make sure everything is to your liking.  All Artabyss products are hand-made and have imperfections that might appear to be defects. These are not to be considered as defects and are features of the manufacturing process and are their intended look. At time of purchase, it is your responsibility to approve design and color placement of each item within your order, as once order is completed, colors and designs cannot be changed. When your item(s) are complete, you will receive an emailed image(s) of your order for quality approval only. Following the approval process, you will receive your tracking number for your item(s). *We do not send approval pictures for pieces only containing Blackwash, Black, or Silver/Chrome like and 1/1 designs unless requested by client.*  If we have not heard back for you within 14 days of emailing approval pictures, we will automatically send out your order and no further modifications will be accepted/made. Please check your emails regularly once your order has been sent to us.

Artabyss is not responsible for inaccurate addresses provided by the consumer. Please double check address before submitting your order.  If you move/change address, you are responsible for sending us your up-to-date address when ordering.  If order is sent to the wrong address, consumer assumes all responsibility and additional charges/fees. We are not responsible for lost packages after the carrier receives the package. 

Specs of each product are listed on our website, along with PDFs of most of our products to print out and stick onto your bike for size reference. Customers are responsible for making sure that the product they are ordering will fit their motorcycle.  No exchanges or returns are allowed for sizing issues.

We are not responsible/liable for broken/lost items as a result of them not being applied correctly or if you choose to secure your pieces with products not recommended by Artabyss. If your piece has included instructions sent with your piece, please read and follow them correctly.  If you have any questions when applying your piece, please message us. We're always here to assist. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.  Artistry is a personal interaction between the client and artist and requires cohesiveness. Be kind. Be patient. We are working diligently to get your items prepared.

Once again- All sales are final, NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not buy back used pieces to sell.

Print Shop Acceptable Content Guidelines
Illegal Content

We will decline jobs that contain content that depicts child pornography, obscene content, or content that depicts, promotes or praises crimes, illegal or otherwise harmful activities, terrorism and/or individuals, groups or organizations promoting any of the aforementioned also will not be tolerated. 

Hateful Content

Artabyss is proud to serve customers from around the world. We value tolerance, understanding, and respect. We don't tolerate content that expresses hatred towards or attacks on any person, group and/or their protected characteristics (such as but not limited to age, race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or disability). You cannot upload this sort of hateful content on our site—it's just not in the spirit of Artabyss.

Also, if we believe that your content falls into any of the below mentioned categories we reserve the right to decline it:

  • Content that promotes and praises individuals, groups or organizations that promote hate, or are involved in intentionally harmful activities.

  • Content that promotes support for crimes associated with hate, violence, discrimination, or intolerance.

  • Content that promotes harmful misinformation that is known to or may reasonably lead to violence or threats to the health and safety of the public.

Content that depicts violent events would be evaluated on an educational or artistic expression basis; it should not be used to promote, glorify, or trivialize violent acts.

Please Note:

Your content is yours – Artabyss won't use it in our advertising or as promotional material without your permission. All content submitted to us is subject to review and we reserve the right to remove it at any time and for any reason and decline the job. Each case is evaluated individually.

It's your responsibility to follow our content guidelines – review our Terms of Service if you want to learn more details. By submitting content to Artabyss, you accept that it complies with both our guidelines and Terms of Service.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
